High School Diploma Transcript Requests

Complete/Submit the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM below and upload a Valid State ID.

  •  Use the above form to request your High School Transcript from Roseville Adult School.
  •  All requests can take up to 7-10 business days. Please plan accordingly.
  • You will receive an email when your request has been processed. If picking up, you can come anytime during office hours, and you need a valid State ID.
  • STUDENTS ARE GIVEN "2" FREE TRANSCRIPTS. ADDITIONAL COPIES ARE $10.00 EACH - PAYABLE IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.
  • This form can also be used to request Confirmation of Attendance Hours for Computer, ESL, or Citizenship Classes. 

GED Transcript Requests

Students seeking GED transcripts for testing records AFTER July 1990, please go to GED.com and follow the instructions in the "Request Transcripts" section to obtain your GED testing records.
