Billing And Coding

Prepares for: Medical Coder and Biller Certification (MCBC) and Certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) examination

Class Description: The Billing and Coding Program teaches you to review medical records and translate patient diagnoses into standardized codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS) used throughout the healthcare system. You’ll gain knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology while practicing coding and learning to process healthcare claims. This class is structured in a 50% live lecture and 50% self-paced content format.

EKG Technician

Online Only | $1,995 | 3.5 Week

Prepares for: EKG Technician Certification (ETC) and Certified EKG Technician (CET) examination

Class Description: The EKG Technician program covers heart anatomy, medical terminology, ethics, and electrocardiography, preparing you to properly place leads, operate EKG equipment, and analyze rhythm strips with accuracy. This class is structured in a 50% live lecture and 50% self-paced content format.

*Previous healthcare experience is required.

In-Person Classes

Phlebotomy Technician

In-Person Only | $2,995 | 3-12 Week | Weekend, Daytime, or Nighttime Classes

Prepares for: Phlebotomy Technician Certification (PTC), National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NCPT) exam, and California state licensure CPT1

Class Description: The Phlebotomy program combines lectures, labs, and simulations to teach blood draw techniques, medical terminology, anatomy, lab safety, and patient communication. After practicing in class, students complete hands-on training through an externship at a local hospital, clinic, or patient service center.

Clinical Medical Assistant

In-Person Only | $2,995 | 8-10 Week | Daytime, or Nighttime Classes

Prepares for: Medical Assistant Certification (MAC), National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), and other state examinations

Class Description: The Medical Assistant program provides training in both front office duties—such as scheduling, record keeping, and insurance processing—and back office clinical skills like diagnostic testing, taking vitals, blood draws, and assisting with patient procedures. After classroom instruction in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology, students complete a 160-hour externship to apply their skills in a real healthcare setting.
