How an Adult School is Different

High School:
Traditional high schools serve teenagers and are focused on a full 4-year academic program leading to a diploma. Adult Schools, on the other hand, serve adults (18+) who may want to finish a diploma they didn’t complete, improve their English, or learn job-ready skills at their own pace.

Community College: 
Community colleges offer associate degrees and transferable credits toward a university, usually over 2+ years.
